Wedding

This project is for my wedding. It takes inspiration from several online sources in design. It is a single page set up with WordPress running the back-end.

Features include:

• Fully responsive design
• Used Materialize CSS framework
• Preloader used to make sure large images are loaded
• Image pane changes with page scroll on desktop, acts as slider on top on mobile
• Async loaded Google fonts

Performance Optimization:

• Site uses transients/object cache plugin to give visitors the best experience possible
• CDN use for all delivered assets
• Menus are cached until new posts are published, or the menu is saved again
• Query optimization for best user experience
